That’s right! 90-Days to check out your purchase.
We know it can take a while to get the full feel of any gear and 90-days should be more than enough to achieve that. If you are having any issues with your gear, call, text (you can text our toll-free number), chat or email us and we will try to resolve the issue with you.
If you find that the gear isn’t what you need then you can return it as long as it’s in a condition we can re-sell it. It’s got to be in a condition where we can re-sell it as brand new. So please, please, please, be very careful opening your box so that it doesn’t rip. Be careful opening the plastic bags. Save all the packaging and put it where it won’t get lost or damaged.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 90 days of your purchase.
1. Please email email@example.com to request a refund and we will assign you a Return Authorization Number.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return.
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include software and earplugs.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Original Shipping Charges
We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
